Gary 69 January 2, 2011 at 4:26 am: Ok download ccleaner its a free program it might fix it if not go to start acceseries and system restore and select a date and it will restore you pc back wen it was working normal.

A format and reinstall wouldn’t hurt if you have nothing on the partition that you want to save.
